I love food and I love shoes. And apparently I’m not the only one in the world. No wonder some smart Chinese business(wo)man thought it would be a good idea to combine those two things. With, as a result, a high tea that’s inspired on the latest Jimmy Choo collection.  Okay, maybe it’s not exactly around the corner. You have to be at the exclusive Mandarin Oriental hotel in Hong Kong. And, yes you have to get an extra mortgage if you want the whole arrangement (high tea + hotelroom + real Jimmy Choo’s). But those are just futilities, right?

The high tea itself, on the other hand, is affordable (about 36,24 dollar). They’ll serve you Jimmy Choo’s made out of foie gras, on a crunchy brioche bread. White chocolate Jimmy bags, with a lychee-raspberry-roses mousse. And creamy chocolate pumps and macarons filled with passion fruit and mango, green tea and strawberries cream. Except for the foie gras, this almost seems like heaven to me…
